Page 32 Peter and dad are searching the forest for Sophia. They search under bushes and giant ferns, behind enormous trees and fallen tree stumps and continually call Sophia's name. It's not raining anymore but a thin, cold mist is hanging in the forest and they still haven't found Sophia! Page 33 All of a sudden in the distance they see a twinkling red light, that glows brighter and brighter. Peter and dad quickly walk towards it.

Sorry for the delay!

Sorry for the delay with publishing Chapter six.
The Lucky Lucifer stories were on hold as I was busy illustrating a book for my husband.
(for my dutch readers:Prostaatkanker Wacht Niet Op Pasen en ook hier.)
But also with the birth of our first grandchild!

But now we are all up and running again and thank goodness little Sophia was warm and dry and safe in her snug hollow tree! A bit like our grandson in my daughters tummy!
Although really Sophia was in the hollow tree for only a couple of hours until she was FOUND!

Page 28 and 29 Sophia is cold and wet from the wind and rain. She shoves her hands deep into her jacket pocket and jumps as she suddenly feels something warm against her cold fingers... She pulls the matchbox out of her jacket pocket. The box is warm and glows against her cold hands! Carefully she pushes open the matchbox and through the small gap she spies inside three little insects crawling around in a fiery red glow. 'GLOWWORMS!' Sophia cries happily. 'I've captured glowworms!' and quickly she closes the matchbox before the glowworms can escape.
Page 28 and 29
Sophia is cold and wet from the wind and rain.

Page 24 and 25

Page 24 and 25 The children are meandering over the gravel path through the forest, looking for beetles, centipedes and everything creepy and crawly. After half an hour Peter's glass jar is full and he calls to Sophia to go back to the tent. Sophia doesn't answer. Peter looks under the bushes, behind the trees and keeps calling Sophia's name, but Sophia still doesn't answer. 'She must have gone back to the tent' Peter says hopefully and rubs at his grumbling tummy. He calls one more time, looks one more time into the forest, then turns and quickly runs along the gravel path, back to the camping.
Page 24 and 25

Page 10 The family that live in the house are going camping this weekend in a big forest. Two tents are already standing on the campsite and the children, Sophia and Peter, are making their beds up, whilst Mum and Dad start cooking. Page 11 The old matchbox came along too, has been unpacked and is now waiting to light the camping stove.
